检测什么?
伤口分泌物细菌培养可用于判断伤口部位是否存在病原性细菌感染。可为皮肤浅表部位的擦伤、切伤或划伤,也可是组织深部的切口、刺伤、穿孔或烧伤,任何伤口均可被多种细菌感染。伤口分泌物细菌培养可判断是否存在细菌感染、细菌种类、细菌敏感药物,帮助伤口的愈合。
培养时将伤口部位的液体标本、细胞或组织接种于合适的培养基上。培养基的营养成分可促进细菌生长,分离的菌株可用于进一步检测和定型。伤口感染的细菌可为一种类型,可也为多种细菌合并感染,以其中一种细菌为主。由于浅表皮肤或深部皮肤存在的菌种不同,对培养的要求也不同,可分为需氧、厌氧或微需氧,培养时需区分不同菌种的不同环境和营养要求。
培养之后将对不同菌种进行一一鉴定。鉴定过程需要进行多种检测,通过革兰氏染色,镜检将细菌分为革兰阳性和革兰阴性;球菌和杆菌,联合生化检测可对细菌进行鉴定。
进而对感染伤口的病原微生物进行抗生素药敏试验,选择病原体敏感的抗生素,指导治疗方案。为了进行药敏试验,需得到各种纯种菌株。
伤口分泌物培养、革兰染色试验、药敏试验均能辅助临床判断是否存在细菌感染、选择抑制其生长的抗生素。
