检测什么?
果糖胺试验测量的是糖化蛋白。血中葡萄糖升高一段时间,葡萄糖分子与血中蛋白永久地结合,此过程称为糖化。涉及蛋白包括白蛋白,血中主要的蛋白,其它血清蛋白和位于红细胞内部的血红蛋白。血中葡萄糖浓度越高,糖化蛋白和糖化血红蛋白形成越多。这些结合分子存在于蛋白或红细胞的整个寿命周期,提供了在此段时间血中葡萄糖平均水平的指标。
红细胞寿命大约120天,糖化血红蛋白(血红蛋白A1C)代表过去2-3个月血糖的平均水平。血清蛋白半衰期较短,大约为14到21天,因此,糖化蛋白和果糖胺试验反映过去2-3周血糖的平均水平。
尽可能使血糖水平接近正常,有助于糖尿病患者避免许多与血糖升高有关的并发症和渐进性损伤。通过每日(或甚至更频繁)自我监测血糖水平,偶尔进行果糖胺或A1C试验监测治疗疗效,获得和维持糖尿病良好控制。
