胎儿纤连蛋白

胎儿纤连蛋白（fetal fibronectin, fFN）是可用于预测早产短期风险的糖蛋白。fFN由位于羊膜囊和母亲子宫内膜（蜕膜）之间接合处的绒毛膜滋养细胞产生。胎儿纤连蛋白在此接合处可大量检出并维持接合处的完整性。妊娠早期即可在宫颈阴道粘液检测到fFN，24周以后则检测不到fFN。但是，在妊娠36周后又可重新检测到fFN。

        据美国妇产科学会（ACOG）称，正常的孕期为40周，妇女可在怀孕36-42周时分娩。孕期36周以后在宫颈阴道粘液中检测到fFN是正常的，因为fFN通常在准备好分娩时释放。妊娠早期在阴道粘液中升高的fFN反映了子宫胎接合处组织正常的生长和建立。当这一过程结束，fFN水平逐渐降低。孕期22-36周之间不能检测到fFN。此期间fFN水平升高反映子宫胎盘接合处失调，且与早产风险增高相关。

使用聚酯纤维拭子采集阴道后穹窿或宫颈开口处分泌物。
